Aurion A/S is one of Denmark’s most progressive biodynamic and organic cereal processing mills.

Founded in 1974 Aurion is Denmark’s oldest biodynamic and organic cereal processing mill – long before sustainability, climate change and biodynamic and organic farming became buzzwords .

Innovative progressive first mover in many food aspects Aurion has pushed the boundaries for biodynamic and organic cereal production particularly in relation to ancient cereal varieties. The majority of Aurion’s cereals is produced by biodynamic or organic Danish farmers. 

Today the company boasts the largest selection of Demeter grains in Scandinavia and has a vast variety of flour, grains, flakes, seeds, porridge, muesli and many more. All products are premium biodynamic or organic quality produced in Denmark.
