Most gingershots contains additives and liquids from concentrates. In our new products we only coldpress organic fruits, roots and vegetables as raw juice - then giving them a pasteurization for 3 seconds, which provides it with a shelf life of 12 months, still keeping the best balanced ginger shot taste that we have ever experienced in an ambient version.
