Quadra Rustico is an organic, hand-shaped sourdough sandwich baked with Italian tipo 00 wheat flour and Sicilian durum flour. The sourdough is mixed with flour and flaxseed, which together with the long fermentation time results in a sandwich with a characterful crust and a tasteful, juicy crumb.
