Caseus Scandinavia gathers the best cheese traditions of the Nordic countries. The inspiration comes from the Swedish “Præstost” (priest) and “Herregaardsost”, the Norwegian Jarlsberg and the Danish “Samsoe” A cheese that incorporates the best of Norwegian, Swedish and Danish cheese tradition The cheese is lightly matured and has a slightly sweet taste. It is cut able and has few regular holes. 

Taste wise the cheese gives reminiscent of Swedish Grevé, Norwegian Jarlsberg and Danish Samsø – all added a moderate dose of Danbo. Scandinavia – a cheese that breaks boundaries
