The organic Danish Blue Cheese is a part of Thise Dairy's wide range of organic dairy products. Danish Blue Cheese 36% has a soft and creamy texture. The cheese is stored for approx. 5 weeks and has a refined and powerful taste.

The cheese is produced at Gedsted Dairy situated in the north west of Denmark. The dairy is one of Denmark's smallest and a specialized blue mold cheese dairy, producing exclusively for Thise.

The combination of great experience as well as love and care for the cheeses means a very high quality.
