Focaccia with herb oil
Large flat focaccia with inviting color play in the crust of the fresh herbs in the herbal oil. Baked on wheat sourdough and Italian tipo 00 wheat flour. The focaccia is hand-shaped and topped with sea salt and freshly blended herbal oil with rosemary and broad-leaved parsley. Punched in 10 pieces for efficient handling of many sandwiches.
