Foodpeople is a Copenhagen based artisan sourdough bakery, producing handmade organic bread and pastry. Foodpeople houses the Il Fornaio, Trianon and Jalm&B brands – focussing on Italian, Danish and Nordic products, craftmanship and ingredients respectively. Sustainability is key and with a heritage and chefs background in Copenhagen’s Michelin gourmet scene, Foodpeople nurture the craft and the pure organic ingredients. Time however – is the most important ingredient – respecting the time needed for optimal fermentation of the sourdough.
