Our new Artisan Focaccia is based on our now well-known Artisan bread dough, which is cold-proofed solely with pre-dough and sourdough for up to 24 hours to achieve the perfect fermentation. This results in a rich tanginess, a chewy and moist crumb, and a pronounced flavor of Øland wheat from Samsø and roasted oats. Topped with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. Perfect as meal bread and sandwich bread.
