The IPA Beer Bun is an upcycled burger bun baked with surplus brewer's yeast and spent grains from organic Danish IPA beer. The IPA Beer Bun is made with IPA spent grain flour from Agrain, and the water in the burger bun is replaced with surplus fermentate (remnants of brewer's yeast) from Whitelabs. Additionally, it includes organic flour, cultured butter from Thise, and organic eggs.
