Ginger ”Zingiber officinale” known as a medical plant and a herb. When a plant is given a name that includes the Latin name “officinale” you know that this plant has a medical value. Gingerroot contains very powerful antioxidants that contribute as a protection of the cells and for oxidized stress along with also having great effect on inflammations.

The healing powers of the plant was well known in the ancient Greece, some believe the plant stems from South East Asia. At Organic Human we have chosen to juice the plant instead of using powder or other types of extracts, as we love the extra “bite” it gives, we have made an excellent mix of beetroot/ Lemon/Chili and pomegranate. The result is a beautiful red colour and a unique taste, with a twist of hot chili.
