The owners of Nyborg Destilleri, father Niels and son Nicolai Rømer, are well-known pioneers of organic products in Denmark and own several other organic businesses. Although we are a fairly young distillery, we have been working hard since 2009, allowing us to offer finished organic bottled products that have some age to them. We do not compromise when it comes to quality, and we preferer to use local raw materials as often as we can.
