Delicious plant-based sausages, packed with healthy vegetables and flavour. Fast and easy dinner to be served with potatoes, bread, rice or French fries and of course a nice salad. These sausages can even be grilled as they have the same great texture, nice smoky flavour and even "skin" as meat sausages. Except, these are made with healthy, delicious vegetables and a special developed "skin" made of seaweed gel. The base is mushrooms and protein from peas, providing satisfying umami. The nice texture comes from bulgur and chickpeas. Oh...and then we have of course been playing with all kinds of spices until we found just the perfect BBQ flavour. Try them as alternative to regular hotdogs and be good to yourself and good to the environment.
