A new member of Thise’s monastery series has seen the light of day.
Yellow, white, black and smoked monastery cheeses are now joined by Red Monastery Cheese. It is a red smear-ripened cheese with a distinctive red-orange natural crust. Red Monastery Cheese has a silky soft texture, soft and creamy and a full, complex taste, balancing between the softness of the cream and slightly bitter notes of the smear-culture.
