A new organic variant from SMEDENS. Stout from Svaneke Brewery, rapeseed oil and AMAZING tomatoes, with just the right amount of black pepper, chilli and a pinch of garlic to create a match made in heaven. The marinade is subsequently smoked in our own smoker, which dates back to 1877. We’re very proud of this variant, which you can use as a great BBQ marinade for beef, veal, chicken and ribs.
